Delivery
• Delivery is $189 Australia wide per water feature.
• Pick up is available with prior arrangement
• No responsibility can be accepted by us for any goods lost or damaged by transport companies. If you have a lost or damaged product please contact transport company directly.
• All goods are despatched on pallets in excellent condition. Any issues caused by freight companies must be resolved between the customer and the transport company. Direct contact details are provided to you at time of shipment.
• We recommend thorough inspection of the goods before signing for the acceptance of goods.
• Goods are transported to your nearest Toll depot. From there you can pick up or arrange with Toll for delivery direct to your door.
Payment Options
• Orders can be paid by direct deposit, cheque, cash or credit card.
• When direct depositing via cash, cheque or internet transfer, please make sure you quote your invoice number. All chequres shold be made out too tropical lifestyle
• If your paying via direct deposit, please direct deposit into our account using your invoice number as reference you can do this at any post office or Commonwealth Bank or using Internet Banking.
